  1. Not sure if you have read The Fast 5, but it has some amazing info. I too believe in intermittent fasting from time to time. I had to let go of ALL diets for a while ~ which led me to the hunger/fullness principles of weigh down by Gwen Shamblin. LOVED THAT! but... I was choosing to put too much junk/sugar and have since chosen to return to lower carb eating. Doing that ~ tends to lean me towards naturally "IF" from time to time. IT's a wonderful practice. I wish you the best.

  2. "Feeling hungry can help you gain control over our hunger/fullness set point"

That is a great point. I use to eat all the time and I know I wasn't really hungry all the time. I am sure my set point was all messed up.

  3. Hey! Found your channel on Youtube and peeked into your blog. Just want to say good luck with the diet and if you need some cooking inspiration for Low Carb food, please check out my channel and my blog (lchfwilliam.blogspot.com) and please comment if you like the stuff! (And follow and sub back!). I have found that the low carb and high fat diet is the best for me, it keeps you full for so long that you only have to eat twice every day. In addition to that I work out every day and feel no difference, in fact my stamina is better! I can recommend it!
